Why does my mask leave painful marks on my face?
Wearing your mask shouldn’t be painful. Lines and sores are often the result of an over-tightened or ill-fitting mask and should be addressed immediately. Sleepnet’s masks are designed to prevent these painful marks because our patented AIR°gel™ cushions rest gently to protect the skin. See our fitting tips and our cleaning video for more information on fitting and caring for your mask.
What do I do if my mask leaks?
A leaking mask is often the sign of a poorly fitted mask or over-tightened headgear. Minimizing leaks with a Sleepnet AIR°gel™ is easy: click here to view fitting tips for your mask.
Can I sleep in any position with my Sleepnet mask?
Yes, Sleepnet AIR°gel™ masks are designed to allow you to comfortably rest in your natural sleep position.

How do I find the right size Sleepnet mask?
The iQ Blue and the MiniMe most come in convenient one-size designs with Custom Fit Technology™, and are designed for a customized fit for most faces.
The Mojo 2 is available in four sizes (Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large). Use the Mojo 2 Sizing Guide to help determine your size.
The MiniMe 2 headgear sizing guide is also available for download.
How do I clean my Sleepnet mask?
We recommended you clean your mask daily by washing the mask and components in warm water with a mild soap and allowing it to air dry. (See our cleaning video for detailed information on how to clean your Sleepnet mask). Washing away excess facial oils before putting it on will help to extend the life of your mask and maintain a good seal.
