Embrace a World of Comfort with Our 30-day Comfort Guarantee

At Sleepnet, we’re dedicated to ensuring your utmost satisfaction and comfort. That’s why we offer a 30-day Comfort Guarantee. If you find that your Sleepnet mask doesn’t meet your comfort expectations, don’t worry. Return it to your approved Sleepnet vendor within 30 days from the time of purchase, and we’ll happily provide a replacement mask to your homecare company at no extra cost.

However, there are a few exclusions to keep in mind:

  • The 30-day guarantee excludes all Sleepnet hospital masks and components meant for short-term use.
  • The 30-day guarantee excludes Sleepnet Cushions for the IQ2, Phantom 2, Ascend Nasal, and Ascend Full Face masks.
  • The 30-day guarantee excludes masks sold outside of the United States.

In addition, your vendor will need to fill out and submit our Comfort Guarantee Replacement Request Form, available online. 90-Day Limited Warranty

Enjoy Peace of Mind with Our 90-day Limited Warranty

We proudly stand behind the quality of our Sleepnet CPAP masks, offering a 90-day, non-transferable warranty. Our 90-day warranty begins on the date of initial purchase by the consumer. Should your mask, under normal conditions, fail within the 90-day period, Sleepnet pledges to either repair or replace the affected mask or its components at our discretion.

However, there are a few exclusions to keep in mind:

  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, and exposure to tobacco or other forms of smoke.
  • The warranty does not cover repairs that have not been explicitly authorized by Sleepnet.
  • The warranty does not cover masks transferred outside the country of original purchase, except by the original purchaser.

Sleepnet does not make any other express or implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Sleepnet is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage resulting from the sale or use of its masks. This paragraph is subject to local laws, which may give you additional rights.
