POSITION TITLE: Sleepnet: Regional Sales Manager (1099 Position)

TERRITORY: Pacific Southwest (NV, AZ, NM)

REPORTS TO: Senior Director – National Sales

Envo is a reusable NIOSH certified N95 particulate mask, targeting a wide range of industries (medical, dental, corporate, public safety, construction, etc.) and consumers throughout the USA.



Sleepnet Corporation is hiring for the position of regional sales manager. We are looking for an energetic, talented, and experienced sales representative to add to our growing sales team. This newly created position will take the lead in the product launch of two innovative low profile nasal masks for the treatment of sleep disorder breathing. Obstructive sleep apnea is a growing market with over 3 billion dollars spent yearly on the treatment of this disorder. The regional sales manager is responsible for leading the growth objectives via direct sales to DMEs/HMEs in the homecare sleep & respiratory markets as well as pediatric mask sales to hospitals. The position is responsible for achieving targeted revenue goals and advancing Sleepnet’s revenue and market positions in the target market. This is a contract position only.



The position is a part of the Sleepnet Sales Team and interacts with most internal departments (Finance, Product Development, Marketing, Customer Service, Compliance and Logistics) as well as key external organizations/personnel (DME providers, home respiratory service providers, distribution partners, MD’s, long-term care facilities, sleep labs, Etc.)



  • The position is responsible for the revenue generation for all branded products, including the brand’s engagement and advocacy development within the targeted market.
  • Direct & execute revenue and growth initiatives within the targeted market.
  • Direct, support and assist sales management, marketing & customer service in the development and execution of promotional, marketing, training and service programs required to achieve profitable revenue and growth initiatives within the targeted market.
  • Lead regional market research efforts and understand and present the competitive marketplace and customer opportunities within the targeted market.
  • Seek opportunities for growth through product line extensions, geographical and channel expansion and/or improvements to existing product line.
  • Make frequent sales calls and sales presentations within the targeted market.
  • Communicate an extensive knowledge of Sleepnet’s products as well as the competitive marketplace to all applicable customers.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, advanced degree beneficial
  • Minimum of 4+ years in sales and/or sales management within the sleep apnea and respiratory market. Experience in selling disruptive products is beneficial.
  • Ability to communicate and sell product benefits to respiratory therapists, purchasing managers, sleep doctors/medical practitioners.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targeted revenue plans.
  • Results driven with behavioral skills that include approachability, perseverance, time management, strategic selling, and business acumen.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills including proven ability of strong interpersonal and influencing skills across both internal and external organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial and fast paced environment. Previous entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
  • Good negotiation/mediation skills with the ability to be persuasive, flexible, open-minded and able to perceive issues from another’s perspective.
  • Creative thinker with outstanding presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel regionally & domestically 50% of the time.
