FITTING
- I have facial hair. Can I still use a Phantom mask?
- Absolutely. Sleepnet's SoftGel Masks™ allows for a comfortable seal even for those with various forms of facial hair.
- Can I wear a Sleepnet mask with dentures?
- Yes, all Sleepnet masks are suitable for individuals with dentures.
- Why are Sleepnet masks so comfortable?
- All Sleepnet masks are made with our patented SoftGel which rests directly on your skin and may help reduce or eliminate painful marks left by competitor masks.
- What do I do if my mask leaks?
- A leaking mask is often the sign of a poorly fitted mask or over-tightened headgear. Readjusting the fit of your Phantom Sleepnet mask is easy: while you are lying down and relaxed, simply shape the nose clip to your face and adjust the headgear straps for a snug, comfortable fit.
- Can I sleep in any position with my Phantom mask?
- Yes, your Phantom mask allows you to comfortably rest in your natural sleep position. Additionally, the Phantom is one of the only masks on the market that allows for comfortable stomach sleeping.
- Why does my mask leave painful marks on my face?
- Your CPAP therapy shouldn't be painful. Lines and sores are often the result of an over-tightened or ill-fitting mask and should be addressed immediately. Sleepnet's SoftGel minimizes or eliminates these painful marks with only the gel resting against the skin.
