Cleaning

We recommend the MiniMe mask be cleaned daily in warm water with a mild detergent. Rinse well and allow to air dry away from direct sunlight.

Note: This mask is intended for single patient multi-use in a home environment, and multi-patient multi-use in a hospital environment.

USA Only: For multi-patient institutional use, do not sterilize. Refer to manufacturer's suggested method of disinfection. When using Cidex ® Solution High Level Disinfectant, use at full strength.

  • Is the MiniMe Nasal Pediatric Mask compatible with any manufacturer's positive airway pressure device?
  • Yes, all Sleepnet masks are compatible with the standard 22mm hose connection.
  • How long do Sleepnet masks last for?
  • Each Sleepnet mask is of the highest quality materials and construction and is expected to last six to twelve months with proper care.
  • Are Sleepnet masks eligible for reimbursement by my insurance company?
  • Yes - most insurance plans will cover some or all of the cost of your CPAP equipment. The HCPC billing codes and Medicare's reimbursement scheduling can be found on our Insurance page. Please refer to your individual insurance provider for specific questions regarding reimbursement prior to purchasing a mask.
  • Does Sleepnet offer a warranty or a guarantee on its masks?

  • The MiniMe is available in a convenient one-size design with three sizes of headgear available and contains medical grade silicone gel. The MiniMe headgear sizing chart can be downloaded in PDF format. The mask with attached tubing weighs a mere 48 grams and measures 7" x 1.75" x 2".
  • Does the MiniMe Nasal Pediatric Mask contain latex?
  • No - Sleepnet's MiniMe mask does not contain natural rubber latex.
  • How do I clean the MiniMe mask? How often?
  • We recommended the MiniMe mask be cleaned daily by washing the mask and its components in warm water with a mild soap and allowing to air dry. Removing excess facial oils before putting on the mask will help to extend the life of the MiniMe mask.   • A leaking mask is often the sign of a poorly fitted mask or over-tightened headgear. Readjusting the fit of the MiniMe Sleepnet mask is easy: gently shape the mask to the shape of the face and adjust the headgear straps for a comfortable fit.
  • Does the MiniMe mask provide effective therapy in any sleeping position?
  • Yes, the MiniMe mask can provide effective therapy for a wide range of sleeping positions.
  • Why does my CPAP mask leave painful marks on my face?
  • Positive Airway Pressure therapy shouldn't be painful. Lines and sores are often the result of an over-tightened or ill-fitting mask and should be addressed immediately. Sleepnet's SoftGel minimizes or eliminates these painful marks with only the gel resting against the skin.
