- All Sleepnet masks are made with our patented SoftGel which rests directly on your skin and may help reduce or eliminate painful marks left by competitor masks.
- I have facial hair. Can I still use an iQ Nasal Mask?
- Absolutely. Sleepnet's SoftGel Masks™ allow for a comfortable seal even for those with various forms of facial hair.
- Can I wear a Sleepnet mask with dentures?
- Yes, all Sleepnet masks are suitable for individuals with dentures.
- What do I do if my mask leaks?
- A leaking mask is often the sign of a poorly fitted mask or over-tightened headgear. Readjusting the fit of your iQ Nasal Mask is easy: while you are lying down and relaxed, simply shape the mask to your face and adjust the headgear straps for a comfortable fit. Download the iQ Fitting Tips as a PDF.
- Can I sleep in any position with my iQ Nasal Mask?

- Why does my mask leave painful marks on my face?
