  • Yes, all Sleepnet masks are compatible with the standard 22mm hose connection.
  • Are Sleepnet masks eligible for reimbursement by my insurance company?
  • Yes - most insurance plans will cover some or all of the cost of your CPAP equipment. The HCPC billing codes and Medicare's reimbursement scheduling can be found on our Insurance page. Please refer to your individual insurance provider for specific questions regarding reimbursement prior to purchasing a mask.
  • Does Sleepnet offer a warranty or a guarantee on its masks?

  • Does Sleepnet offer a pediatric mask?
  • Yes. Sleepnet is proud to offer the MiniMe, available in both vented and non-vented versions. Specially engineered for a child's face, it provides a gentle introduction to therapy and is FDA cleared for use with children ages 2-12.
  • Which is preferred - a nasal mask or a full face?

  • Do Sleepnet masks contain latex?
  • No. Sleepnet masks do not contain any natural rubber latex.
  • How long do Sleepnet masks last?
  • Each Sleepnet mask is of the highest quality materials and construction and is expected to last six to twelve months with proper care.
  • How do I clean my Sleepnet mask? How often?
  • We recommended you clean your mask daily by washing the mask and components in warm water with a mild soap and allowing to air dry. Washing away excess facial oils before putting it on will help to extend the life of your mask and maintain a good seal.

  • Can Sleepnet masks be sanitized for multi-patient use?
  • The Mojo Full Face Ventilation Mask, the iQ Nasal Mask, the iQ Ventilation Mask, the MiniMe Nasal Pediatric Ventilation Mask, and the MiniMe Nasal Pediatric Mask are all approved for multi-patients, multi-use in the hospital/institutional environment.     USA Only: For multi-patient use, please refer to the manufacturer's suggested disinfection protocol. When using Cidex ® Solution High Level Disinfectant, use at full strength. Do not sterilize.

  • How do I find the right size Sleepnet mask?
  • The iQ, the Phantom, and the MiniMe all come in a convenient one-size design and can be re-shaped to fit a wide variety of faces.

  • I have facial hair. Can I still use a Sleepnet mask?
  • Absolutely. Sleepnet's SoftGel Masks allow for a comfortable seal even for those with various forms of facial hair.
  • Can I wear a Sleepnet mask with dentures?
  • Yes, all Sleepnet masks are suitable for individuals with dentures.
  • Can I sleep in any position with my Sleepnet mask?
  • Yes, your Sleepnet mask allows you to comfortably rest in your natural sleep position.
  • What do I do if my mask leaks?
  • A leaking mask is often the sign of a poorly fitted mask or over-tightened headgear. Readjusting the fit of your Sleepnet mask is easy: while you are lying down and relaxed, simply shape the mask to your face for a snug, comfortable fit.

  • Why does my mask leave painful marks on my face?
  • Your CPAP therapy shouldn't be painful. Lines and sores are often the result of an over-tightened or ill-fitting mask and should be addressed immediately. Sleepnet's SoftGel minimizes or eliminates these painful marks with only the gel resting against the skin.
